Terms of Inclusion

(1) The information I'm submitting here will appear as a listing on the internet website of ArtsWORK Indiana. I accept the the Terms of Use for this website. 

(2) I will make sure the information in my Directory listing is up to date by editing it in a timely manner. I can remove my Directory listing at any time.

(3) My statements and resume (if applicable) are an accurate representation of my qualifications and experience.

(4) Photos of my work submitted to the Directory depict my own original work. My photos may be posted in the Directory, and on other pages of the ArtsWORK website (with my name), but will not be used elsewhere without my permission. I retain any copyrights on my material.

(5) The ArtsWORK Directory reserves the right to edit or reject material submitted.

(6) Membership is restricted to Indiana arts workers and arts-related groups.
